Regularly scheduled mission trips – contact Tom@AmazingGraceAFRICA.org for Application Form. Fall 2009 trip being planned now, and two more trips are scheduled for 2010. We will be going in to Monrovia, Liberia where we will work in orphanages and villages, visiting and impacting the lives of the children there; and we will improve living conditions and do building projects at both locations. No prior building skills required, although it is helpful. You must be at least 18 years of age or come with a parent. Men and women are welcome!
YOU WILL NEED:
1) Current passport
2) Current travel vaccines (yellow fever vaccine is required – see your primary physician for any other recommended shots)
AGA Ministries will arrange for your transportation to and within the country of Liberia, your visa, registering your trip with the US Embassy in Liberia, your lodging and meals while in country.
You will be responsible for any fees beyond these, such as changes/cancellations of airline tickets, overweight charges for luggage, vaccination fees, rush visas, souvenirs, meals en route to and from Liberia, restaurant dining, etc.
Serious inquiries must fill out application* (send completed application to us by mail) at least 2 months prior to trip. As soon as your application has been accepted, you must make arrangements to get your vaccinations.

Other things to consider: You are allowed two suitcases, maximum 50 or 70 lbs. Check with AGA for the current amount allowable by the airline. If your bag is over the weight limit; you will be charged by the airline additional cost. We often take our necessary clothing in our carry-on and reserve the suitcases for supplies to take to the children of the orphan homes.
